Lake Colours
They are popularly known as lakes, and are one of the two food colour additives (the other being dyes).
Lake colours are very popular synthetic food colours; they are not only used in food applications but also in a variety of other industries like pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, inks, plastic food containers and many more.
Lake food colours are essentially pigments popularly known as lake pigments as their colouring is achieved by dispersion of colours that have different concentrations.
They have 3 different types depending on their concentration level namely Low Dye content, Mid Dye content and High Dye content.

Liquid Colours
They are as the name suggests in liquid form much lower in dye content compared to the powder colours.
They come in an easy control dropper bottle to add a few drops at a time until you get the desired colour shade you require, they are generally used for colouring icings, Fondant and Gum paste flowers, Dough mixes and much more.

Liquid Food Colours
They are as well in liquid form and more economically priced and can be more widely used in a lot of food and beverage industry usage.

Liquid Caramel Colour
Liquid Caramel colour ideal for adding in Beverages, Confectionery, Bakery products, Milk products, Essence, Ice creams, Sauces, Soups and much more.
It is one of the most widely consumed food colouring ingredient in the world, this natural colouring does not affect the taste of the final products. It is highly concentrated and has a consistency that is slightly thicker than water. It is available in 1 kg, 6 kg, 40 kg and 65 kg packing.
Gel Colours
This can be used in sugar paste and for chocolates, it has superior colouring strength as compared to any other food colour it blends faster and easier with little mess. This can be lighter or darker depending on the amount of colour put in.
